A leaking kitchen sink might not seem like a big deal at first. Just a small drip, easy to ignore. But under the cabinet, that slow drip is doing real damage - warping the cabinet floor, soaking into the wood, and setting the stage for mold. We see it all the time.

This one had both strainers failing and old drain piping underneath that had seen better days. When the strainers go, water works its way past the seal every time you use the sink. It doesn't take long before the cabinet beneath starts showing the damage. The staining on the cabinet floor here tells that story pretty clearly.

We replaced both sink strainers and put in all new drain piping underneath - a clean P-trap assembly connecting both basins with solid, properly fitted components. Everything is properly sealed and set up to drain the way it should. No more mystery drips pooling under your dish soap and cleaning supplies.

The difference between a quick patch and doing it right is what separates a fix that lasts from one that has you calling again in six months. We're not interested in band-aid repairs. When we leave, the job is done.

If your kitchen sink is slow to drain, showing signs of moisture under the cabinet, or you can hear or smell something that just isn't right - those are all signals worth paying attention to. Water leaks and drain issues are exactly what we handle, and getting ahead of it early saves you a lot more than just money.
