“Very responsive in scheduling. I wasn’t able to be home and he graciously texted me (as I can’t answer the phone while at work) and kept me updated. Allowed payment remotely through Venmo or PayPal. Pipe isn’t leaking anymore, so what else could I ask for. Would definitely use again.”

“I put out an SOS to SOS. Robert came out NEXT DAY to help connect my copper pipe to flex for my new fridge. Very courteous, honest, and fair. When we connected pipe-to-flex with compression union, we didn't achieve immediate success, so he pivoted to find a problem in my basement water valve. He cleaned some calcium deposits out of it, and, presto---the ice maker and water dispenser works like a charm... Further, he gave me great tips on "breaking in" the new appliance. Can't imagine needing anyone else for my plumbing needs...If I could give more than 5 stars...I would! If you are reading this, I suggest you call him;)”
